Our client is an Engineering and Construction company who is urgently seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts
Responsible for month end reporting, interim reporting and year-end reporting
Prepare for annual audit and liaise directly with external auditors
Prepare HK profits tax return and computation, perform independent research on overseas audit and tax requirements
Prepare cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and actual vs budget analysis
Other accounting and finance related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance or Accounting, HKICPA/ACCA qualified
6-8 years of relevant experience
Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsible, organized, hands-on and detailed
Good interpersonal and communication skills
