Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define the scope and goals of the IT systems. Lead the implementation of the systems. Experience in implementing POS systems in the jewelry industry is required. Experiences in CRM, and ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and apply quality control management.
• Troubleshoot project issues and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are provided on time.
• Collect and deliver user requirements that best meet business needs. Lead the evaluation of functional/business and technical requirements and identify gaps/risks. Responsible for the system framework design.
• Properly document all the requirements and act as a bridge between IT and user departments.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry and retail application systems
• Technical experience in C#, .Net, Java, and MSSQL Server in advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, system sense, and decision-making.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
