RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead 4 teams to grow activity around search, social media and media buy
• Shape team’s mindset around full funnel, consulting approach with ROI in mind at all times
• Deploy strategies for cost efficiency at operational level by leveraging our in-house teams (design…) and offshore production center 
• Participate to the acquisition of new client and upsell for existing account with sales team through the building of proposals & strategy
• Provide SEO and SEM services to clients. Handle SEO projects for multilingual websites, on technical and semantic level
• Manage tracking for all digital activities via Omniture, Baidu and Google analytics
• Provide social media content publishing, monitoring and alerting services to luxury brands
• Contribute to a better integration of our services through a holistic vision of digital
• Help develop new offers to match the market expectations
• Provide operational support to the team when needed
• Develop strong ties with other teams in Hong Kong (design, web development…) and overseas (presence in Europe, Mainland, Japan, Korea…)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree holder or above.
• 7+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing field
• 360° experience on digital marketing (earned, paid, owned)
• Solid knowledge of Western and Chinese digital ecosystems for both search & social
• Experience on sales pitch with capability to build strategy, and proposals for clients
• Rich experiences in designing yearly strategy and planning for clients on social media, with ability in coordinating different parties such as ePR agency, creative firm, copywriter
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Perfect command of spoken and written English
