Our client is a family office who is seeking a private chef specializing in Chinese cuisine:

我們正為一間家族辦公室客戶尋找私人中菜廚師:
Job Duties:
• Responsible for cooking Chinese cuisine for family members and guests
• Provide tailored dining services for the family during their travels or business trips
• Manage the procurement, inventory management, and cost control procedures for all food, beverages, and kitchen supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Private Chef/Senior Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine in reputable Hotels/Restaurants
• Experience with Western cuisine is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent command of spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
• Ability to accommodate flexible work schedule arrangements, including family travels or business trips
工作職責：
• 負責為客人及其家庭成員烹飪中菜
• 在家庭旅行/出差期間提供量優質的餐飲服務
• 打點日常廚房運作，包括保持整潔衛生及保養煮食用具等工作
• 平日休息
要求：
• 曾擔任私人廚師(中菜)/在知名酒店或餐廳擔任主廚(中菜)至少4-5年
• 兼具西餐烹飪經驗者優先考慮
• 優質服務態度及溝通技巧，良好普通話及英語
• 能夠適應不同的工作時間安排，包括家庭旅行/出差
