Provide secretarial support to Management such as arranging personal & business issues
Maintain complex diaries; coordinate on travel arrangement and accommodation reservation, ensure balanced and efficient use of time;
Screen telephone calls, field enquiries, proactively manage requests and escalate urgent matters;
Organize regular in-house and offsite meetings/events, including preparation of meeting documents and logistics planning, in a cost-effective and detailed manner;
Ensure all appropriate technology is working in advance of meetings and or conference calls, also greet guests;
Maintain various correspondences and expense reimbursement;
Receive, sort and prioritize incoming mails, maintain files inclusive of highly confidential and proprietary information;
Job Requirement:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
6-8 years of relevant experience in sizable companies in providing secretarial support to executive level, with formal secretarial training will be considered beneficial;
Well-organized with ability to multitask, with good analytical and problem solving skills;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-minded, well organized and independent;
Mature, conscientious, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure;
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
