Perform office administrative support to Admin Department including vendor management, company car service, security control, maintenance/repair etc
Handling stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings when required
Supervise junior staff to ensure smooth operations
Ensure operations run smoothly within the group such as mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, office procurement, equipment maintenance, telecommunications management and security
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Tertiary Education in Business Administration or related discipline
3-5 year or above of administrative experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
