Customer Service/Client Support Executive-Japanese-speaking,HK$18k-$21k,(Central)

Our client is a financial advisory company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Customer Service/ Client Support Executive to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and customer service support to Japanese and international clients
  • Process documents and provide after-sale service to clients
  • Regularly update clients' database system
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Japanese Studies or relevant studies
  • Fluency in Japanese is required (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Proficient in MSOffice, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
