Manage daily operations of a designated property portfolio, focusing on loss prevention, risk management, safety, security, maintenance, procurement, and engineering services.
Supervise a team to ensure high-quality service and effectively address customer inquiries and complaints.
Organize and actively participate in regular meetings with Incorporated Owners and the Owners Committee.
Ensure compliance with current regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.
Plan and oversee the property operating budget, preparing relevant reports and analyses.
Coordinate with leasing and sales/marketing teams to organize promotional events.
Undertake additional assignments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications such as MCIH, HKIH, or RPHM.
PMP License (Tier 1) holder.
5 years of relevant experience in a substantial property management company.
Strong knowledge of BMO, DMC, and related regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
